Pallet Station
The Pallet Station is available in different sizes suited for normal Euro-pallets, combined industrial and normal Euro-pallets, as well as US/UK pallets.
The lower area of the pallet station allows you to get as close as possible to the pallet. Simply place your feet in the lower area of the station and place your palletized goods on top.
The Pallet Station can be deployed as a single station or as multiple stations using expansion modules (see below).

Pallet Station Expansion
The Pallet Station Expansion enables you to combine two (or more) Pallet Stations to achieve a smaller combined footprint.
This allows you to place pallets much closer to each other, while the lower area of the station lets you get as close as possible to the pallet.
Simply place your feet in the lower area of the station and place your palletized goods on top. The GoPal robot will take care of the rest.

Charging Station
The Charging Station is designed for quick and fully automatic charging of the GoPal AMRs in just 45 minutes.
As LiFePO4 batteries do not require special venting, the Charging Station can be deployed anywhere.
To maintain constant operational efficiency, the GoControl FMS can cancel a charge if the robot is required for a delivery.

Lift Station (EUW)
The Lift Station (EUW) is a column lift station, which supports normal, half-, and industrial Euro-pallets, as well as US/UK pallets. It is designed to be used as a workstation, usually at the end of the production line/end of a packaging line.
The integrated control panel makes it easy to move pallets up or down and to request the GoPal AMR for pallet transportation.
Operation: manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic.
AMRs supported: all GoPal AMRs.
Max. load: 1.200 kg (2,645 lbs)

Mobile Lift Station
The Mobile Lift Station not only makes palletizing easy and safe, but also mobile. During palletizing, the design allows for easy and safe access to the pallet, as well as allowing the pallet height to be continuously adjusted from a height of 380 mm to floor level – ensuring continuous optimum ergonomic working height.
And, as the name implies, the innovative design makes the lift station mobile, which means that it can be quickly moved to another part of the work floor - with or without payload.
Max. load: 300 kg (660 lbs).

Conveyor Station (E)
The Conveyor Station (E) provides a seamless integration with PLC using a traditional pallet conveyor system.
The station enables the GoPal solution to transport pallets within production environments with conveyor systems.
AMRs supported: GoPal E22 and GoPal E24.
Max. load: 750 kg (1,600 lbs).

The Conveyor Station (EW) provides a seamless integration with PLC using a traditional pallet conveyor system.
The station enables the GoPal AMRs to transport pallets within production environments with conveyor systems.

Single Button
The vast majority of GoPal pick-up-and-delivery jobs are normally done automatically (via GoControl).
However, some customers like to have the option of being able to simply press a button to quickly summon the robot for pick-up.
As the name implies, this device provides a single button to manually summon a GoPal AMR to pick up a pallet and subsequently transport the pallet to a preprogrammed (configurable) destination.
The LED-color of the button displays order status in real-time.
Also available as a Virtual Button in a web browser on a touch-screen or tablet/iPad.

Multi Button
Same as above but with five buttons (i.e. five preprogrammed destinations).

I/O Box
The I/O Box is an auxiliary interface with six I/Os, which connects the GoPal solution to devices, such as our Pallet Sensors (see below), external systems such as PLC systems, fire alarms and systems for automatically opening gates and much, much more.

Pallet Sensor
The Pallet Sensor can be mounted on pallet stations to automatically detect the presence/absence of a pallet.
The Pallet Sensor communicates with the GoControl FMS via the AUX interface (see above). This way, you can have GoControl automatically create jobs or to inform GoControl whether the pallet station is currently empty or occupied.

Warning Beacon
The Warning Beacon provides an additional layer of robot visibility on the factory floor. Whenever the robot is in motion, the warning beacon flashes green.
